GKN Obtains Dismissal of StockCross Financial Services in $2,808,660 Arbitration

Today, in the arbitration styled Jean Poole and Dolores Poole, as trustees of the Poole Family revocable Trust, dated December 15, 1995 v. Perelman-Carley & Associates n/k/a Farnham Street Brokerage Company, StockCross Financial Services, Inc., et al., FINRA No. 10-01554, the Arbitration Panel unanimously granted GKN client, StockCross Financial Services, Inc.’s, motion to dismiss the Claimant’s $2,808,660.58 successor liability claim against it during the hearing and after the close of the Claimants’ case.
