Andrew G. Russell

Daniel Crandall advises and represents broker dealers, investment funds, and other clients in a variety of matters, including general commercial litigation, securities litigation, and employment litigation. He has experience litigating disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations before both FINRA and the American Arbitration Association.

Daniel earned his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he received the merit-based Butler Fellowship, and his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego, from which he graduated magna cum laude.

Prior to joining Gusrae Kaplan, Daniel practiced at a litigation boutique, and was a legal fellow at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where he worked to enforce antitrust laws alongside attorneys in the Office’s Antitrust Bureau.
