Genesis litigates and arbitrates securities disputes. Before joining GKN, she worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where she focused on white collar defense, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes. She also interned with the SEC and D.C. Office of the Attorney General. Genesis is admitted in New York and speaks Spanish natively.
