Andrew Nicotra Reilly
Andrew Nicotra Reilly is a litigation associate whose practice centers on securities, commercial litigation and white-collar matters supporting clients facing complex regulatory, enforcement, and civil litigation in federal and state courts. He assists with research-driven advocacy and the development of clear factual records in high-stakes disputes. He also assists with motion practice by researching governing law, analyzing pleadings and evidentiary records, and drafting supporting briefs and Rule 56.1 statements. He regularly reviews and synthesizes large document productions and deposition testimony, distilling complex records into clear, usable work product for court filings and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum, Andrew clerked for a Justice of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, where he gained experience evaluating motions, drafting legal memoranda, and observing courtroom proceedings. He also previously worked in government service with the City of New York, supporting litigation and regulatory matters. He continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Minnesota Moot Court program.
