GKN Obtains Dismissal of Ex-Exec’s Employment Claim Against Pioneering Fintech Company
The Court adopted GKN’s argument that even the former employee’s statutory discrimination claims were bound by his Employment Agreement and its exclusive SDNY venue clause stripped the Court of subject-matter jurisdiction to hear the case. Schofield sentenced the client to 366 days in prison and two years of supervised release.
