Jackie Huang

Bin (Jackie) Huang is a corporate associate attorney in the firm’s securities law practice, focusing on U.S. securities offerings, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance. Early in his career, he focused on Asian capital markets, working on a variety of Hong Kong initial public offerings and corporate governance matters at the Hong Kong offices of Morgan Lewis and Skadden. He later earned an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, where he had the privilege of working as a research assistant to a renowned professor of U.S. securities regulation. Prior to joining GKN, he worked as a litigation associate at a boutique New York law firm, Shapiro & Associates, Attorneys at Law, PLLC, handling commercial litigation matters. He is admitted to practice law in New York and California. He is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin.
