Maia Tikva Gordon is a Law Clerk at GKN pending admission to the New York Bar. At the firm, she supports complex business and securities litigation matters, as well as arbitration proceedings. Her work includes matters involving businesses, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and private placement firms in a range of commercial and regulatory disputes.

Prior to joining GKN, Maia earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Maia served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law and as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board.
